How To Submit a Digital Case
1. Contact us via email (info@harbordent.com), phone, or submit Digital Case Form found down below
2. Once we have your contact, HDL will send you an invite to our Trios portal
3. Submit Digital Impression to Portal
4. Lab to Office Delivery (5 Days Total)
